SWEET POTATO PIE 
1 lg. can sweet potatoes (drained and mashed)
2 eggs
1 tsp. vanilla
1 c. sugar
1/2 c. milk
1/3 c. butter (melted)

Mix all of the above together in 9 x 13 inch pan or in 2 glass pie plates.

TOPPING FOR THE PIE:

1/2 c. flour
1 c. brown sugar
1/2 to 1 c. chopped walnuts or pecans
1 c. coconut, optional

Mix all together and spread over the sweet potato mixture. Melt 1/3 cup butter and pour over the topping. Bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
