SQUASH SAUTE 
2 zucchini squash
2 yellow squash
1/2 tsp. Italian seasoning
1/4 tsp. salt and pepper
1 tbsp. olive oil
2 green onions
Parmesan or 1/2 c. cheese

Wash and slice all squash. Heat oil in non-stick skillet. Add squash, sliced green onions and seasonings. Cover and cook over medium heat, turning once. When squash is tender, top with Parmesan or grated cheese and heat until melted.
