STRAWBERRY PIE 
FILLING:

2-3 pt. strawberries
2/3 c. honey
2 1/2 tbsp. cornstarch

CRUST:

2 c. whole wheat flour
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 c. oil
3 tbsp. cold milk

CRUST: Mix flour and salt in bowl. Mix oil and milk in cup until creamy and add to flour mixture. Form crust right in the pan using spoon or fingers. Prick holes in crust and bake at 450 degrees for 12-15 minutes. Let cool and place berries in.

FILLING: Put 10-15 smashed berries in a pot with 3/4 cup of water and begin to heat. Add 2/3 cup honey and continue to heat. Mix 1/4 cup water with 2 1/2 tablespoons of cornstarch, add to mixture slowly, stirring constantly. Heat and stir until thick as honey. Pour over strawberries in pie crust. Cool in refrigerator 1 hour; it thickens as it cools. Makes 1 large pie.
