FREEZY ORANGE FLOAT 
1/4 c. orange juice
1/4 c. crushed ice
1/2 c. seltzer
2 scoops orange sherbet

Mix all ingredients well in a blender. Pour into tall glass. Add another scoop of sherbet, if desired. Garnish with a sprig of fresh mint or a stemmed maraschino cherry. Serves 1.
