2 c. sugar
1 stick butter
1/2 c. milk
3 c. quick cook oats
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. peanut butter
4 tbsp. cocoa

Mix cocoa and sugar. Mix rest of ingredients except oats. Bring to a boil. Pour over oats. Stir well; drop onto wax paper by spoonfuls.
