BETTY'S RHUBARB CRUMBLE 
FILLING:

6 c. rhubarb, cut into 1" chunks, smaller if thick
2 eggs, beaten
1 tbsp. flour
A pinch of salt
2 c. sugar

CRUST:

2/3 c. brown sugar
1/ 1/2 c. flour
1/2 c. butter

1. Mix eggs, flour, salt and sugar; mix in with rhubarb and place in 13"x9" pan.

2. Cream brown sugar and butter. Add flour. Crumble over filling mixture.

3. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour (will look moist, let cool for easier serving).
