BALSAMIC AND OLIVE OIL
VINAIGRETTE
 
Add healthy olive oil to you diet. Make in a minute.

2 tbsp. olive oil
1 tbsp. balsamic vinegar
1/2 tbsp. soy sauce
a turn or two of fresh ground pepper

Measure using same tablespoon into a cup or glass. fill half way for soy sauce. Grind in the pepper and beat with a fork before pouring.

Makes about as much as a restaurant package (1 serving).
