GRANDMA'S DELICIOUS CHEESE CAKE 
2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
1 lb. sm. curd cottage cheese
1 1/2 c. sugar
3 eggs
3 tbsp. flour
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 lb. sour cream
Juice from 1 lemon
1/4 lb. butter, melted
Cherry pie filling, optional

Cream together cottage cheese and cream cheese. Add sugar. Add eggs (one at a time). Beat after each. Mix in cornstarch and flour. Add sour cream and juice from one lemon. Blend butter into mixture.

Pour into a springform pan and bake at 350 degrees for 65 minutes. Do not open oven while baking. Turn oven off and leave cake in for at least 2 hours. Chill thoroughly. Top with pie filling if desired.
