GREEN CHILI SALSA 
2 med. tomatoes, chopped
2 green chilies (for hotter, use jalapeno chilies) chopped
1 med. onion, chopped
1 tbsp. dried cilantro or 2 tbsp. chopped cilantro

Combine all ingredients and let stand 30 minutes to blend flavors. Serve chilled or at room temperature.
