1/4 c. vinegar
1 tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 to 1 tsp. celery seed
2 tbsp. sugar
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 c. onion (chopped or sliced)
2 tbsp. parsley
3 med. cucumbers, sliced

Mix all ingredients. Add cucumbers. Toss or shake container while chilling.
