1 box yellow cake mix
1 pkg. vanilla instant pudding
8 oz. sour cream
4 eggs
1/2 c. oil
1/2 c. water
6 oz. semi sweet chocolate chips
1 bar grated German chocolate
1 c. pecans

Mix first six ingredients together. Add chocolate chips and grated German chocolate. Add pecans. Bake at 350 degrees for one hour. Use tube or bundt pan.
