CHOCOLATE GOOEY BROWNIES 
1 pkg. brownie mix
1 c. chopped pecans
3 c. mini-marshmallows
2 (1 oz.) sq. unsweetened chocolate
1/3 c. milk
1 c. butter
1 (16 oz.) pkg. powdered sugar, sifted
1/2 tsp. vanilla

Prepare brownie mix according to package directions. Stir in pecans. Spoon batter into a greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.

Bake at 350°F for 25 minutes. Remove from oven and sprinkle marshmallows over hot brownies.

Combine chocolate, milk and butter in heavy saucepan. Cook over low heat until chocolate and butter melt, stirring often. Remove from heat. Transfer to medium bowl. Add powdered sugar and vanilla; beat at low speed with electric beater until smooth. If frosting is too stiff to spread, add milk, 1 tablespoon at a time, stirring until smooth. Spread over brownies. Cool in pan on wire rack. Cut into bars.
