"COMPANY LEMON PIE" 
Use 1 (1 x 15) sheet pan or for deeper pie use 9 x 13 pan.

CRUST:

2 c. flour
2 sticks butter
2 tbsp. sugar

Mix together above ingredients. Put in pan; but not on the sides. Bake at 350 degrees for 15 minutes. Cool 20 minutes.

FIRST LAYER:

1 1/2 c. powdered sugar
12 oz. cream cheese, room temperature

Cream together until smooth. Spread over crust. Let stand 15 to 20 minutes.

SECOND LAYER:

2 cans lemon pie filling

Spread over cream cheese mixture. Let set for 15 to 20 minutes.

THIRD LAYER:

Cover with Cool Whip and refrigerate. Serves 6 to 8.
