MOM'S E-Z CHEESECAKE 
1 (12 oz.) box vanilla wafers, crushed
1/2 c. walnuts, finely chopped
1 stick butter, melted
1/8 tsp. cinnamon
3 eggs
2 (8 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, cubed
1 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 tsp. almond extract
1 (24 oz.) sour cream

Mix vanilla wafers, walnuts, butter and cinnamon together. Let stand 5 minutes. Press 3/4 of mixture into bottom of 8 or 9 inch springform pan. Save rest. In a large bowl, beat 3 eggs until thick. Add cubed cream cheese, sugar, vanilla and almond extract. Fold in sour cream for 5 minutes. Pour mix into Springform pan. Crumble vanilla wafer mix over top. Bake at 350 to 375 degrees for 50 minutes.
