CHICKEN KABOBS 
2 whole lg. chicken breasts (boned)
10 lg. mushrooms
1/4 c. soy sauce
1/4 c. cider vinegar
2 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. salad oil
2 sm. onions, minced
1 (8 oz.) can sliced, drained pineapple
1/2 lb. sliced bacon

Cut chicken into 20 pieces and mushrooms in half. In large bowl, mix mushrooms, chicken, soy sauce, cider vinegar, honey, oil and onion. Marinate at least 2 hours.

Cut pineapple into 20 or more pieces. Slice bacon in half to equal 20 pieces. Wrap bacon around chicken and mushroom half. Put on skewers, chicken first then pineapple. Leave space between so bacon can cook. Cook on grill over medium heat. Baste with marinade. Can also be put under broiler. Cook 20-25 minutes until done. Serves 4.
