MARINATED PORK CHOPS 
6 pork chops
1 c. table wine
1/2 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1 bay leaf
Garlic, to taste
1 tbsp. butter
6 potatoes, med.

Prepare marinade by mixing 1 cup table wine, salt, black pepper, bay leaf and garlic. Marinate pork chops at least 1 hour before frying. In a large frying pan melt butter. Add pork chops, cover pan and fry over medium heat for about 20 minutes or until brown. Add marinade and cook for an additional 10 minutes.

In separate pan cook potatoes with skin. Once cooked, peel skin from potatoes. Serve pork chops with potatoes and green salad.
