LEMON OR ORANGE GLAZE 
1 1/2 tbsp. milk
1 tbsp. butter
1 c. sifted 10X sugar
1 1/2 tbsp. lemon or orange juice
1/2 tsp. lemon rind

Heat milk and butter together. Measure sugar into bowl. Add hot liquid, stir until smooth. Then add juice and rind. Stir. Pour over cake, letting it run down sides.
