TEXAS STYLE PINTO BEANS 
1 lb. pinto beans
1 lg. onion
1/2 lb. bacon
2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. chopped jalapenos

Chop bacon and fry half cooked. Save grease and bacon. Slice onion into rings. Soak beans overnight. Add onions and bacon, grease, salt, jalapenos. Cook until soft, about 1-2 hours.
