SQUASH CASSEROLE 
Boil sliced squash and onions. Salt and pepper. Add 1/2 stick shredded Cheddar cheese and croutons. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Boil squash and onions, drain. Salt and pepper. Add cheese. Mix well. Put in lightly greased casserole dish. Sprinkle top with croutons. Cover with foil. Bake at 350 degrees for approximately 25 to 30 minutes.
