CHICKEN PEPPER STEAK 
Slice in thin slices about 3/4 to 1 pound boneless chicken breasts. Brown in pan that has been sprayed with Pam.

Add 1 package McCormick Chicken Teriyaki Sauce blended with 3/4 cup water. Cover and simmer 15 minutes.

Add 1 bell pepper and 1 small onion sliced in thin slices. Simmer 15 minutes then add 1 peeled, diced tomato and 1 tablespoon cornstarch dissolved in 1/2 cup water. Stir until thickens and serve over rice.
