CHICKEN PAPRIKA 
1 c. flour
1 tbsp. paprika
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
4 tbsp. butter
4 tbsp. oil
1 c. chicken broth
1 1/2 chopped onions
Extra tbsp. paprika
1 c. sour cream
6 boneless chicken thighs

Put chicken in bag with flour and seasonings. Shake well. Heat butter and oil in skillet and brown chicken. Put aside. Brown onions in skillet (add more butter and oil if needed). Return chicken to pan with chicken broth and extra paprika. Cover and simmer 20 minutes. (If broth absorbed, add more.) Transfer chicken pieces to dish. Stir in cream with heat off and pour over the chicken like sauce.
