4 eggs
3/4 c. sugar
1/2 c. vinegar
1/4 c. water
1 tsp. dry mustard
1 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. butter
Scant tsp. salt
2 c. mayonnaise or Miracle Whip
1 tbsp. yellow mustard

Mix well eggs, sugar, vinegar, water, dry mustard and flour with electric mixer. Bring to boil, stirring occasionally. Add butter and salt. After cooled, add mayonnaise and yellow mustard. Makes approximately 1 quart. Also great for other salads.
