SPINACH QUICHE | |
4 tbsp. corn oil butter 4 egg beaters 1 tsp. salt 1 tsp. baking powder 1 c. flour 1 c. milk 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained 1 lb. Monterey Jack cheese Melt corn oil butter in bottom of 9 x 13 inch pan. Beat together first 5 ingredients. Add the spinach and cheese. Pour mixture into pan and bake at 350 degrees for 35 minutes. Can use powdered milk (1/3 cup milk mixed with 2/3 cup water). |
