VEGETABLE PIZZA | |
This dish should be made 24 hours before you plan on serving it. Keep refrigerated immediately upon completion until serving. 1 can crescent rolls 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened 1/2 c. mayonnaise 1 (4 oz.) pkg. Ranch style dressing (sm. envelope) 1/2 c. shredded cheese 1/2 c. tomato 1/2 bunch green onions, chopped 1/2 c. shredded carrot 1/2 c. chopped green pepper 1/2 c. shopped broccoli 1/2 c. chopped cauliflower 1/2 c. chopped celery Place rolls on baking sheet (or pizza pan) pressing flat, covering bottom of pan or plate. Bake for 10 minutes at 350 degree. Cool thoroughly. Mix vegetables and shredded cheese. Mix cream cheese, mayonnaise and Ranch dressing. Spread cream cheese mixture on the cooled base. Spread the mixed vegetables and cheese on top of the cream cheese mixture. Refrigerate 24 hours. Cut into bars or wedges and serve. |
