CHRISTMAS COFFEE CAKE WREATH 
1 1/2 c. flour
2 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1 egg
3/4 c. sugar
1/3 c. melted Crisco
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla

STREUSEL TOP:

1/2 c. firm packed brown sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2 tbsp. butter

Sift together flour, baking powder and salt. Combine rest of ingredients. Stir all at once into flour mixture, only until blended.

Topping: Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and cut in butter until crumbly.

Place 1/2 of streusel in greased 1/2 quart ring mold. Top with half of batter. Repeat layers. Bake 30 minutes. Cool 10 minutes in the mold. Invert on wire rack, cool.

Drizzle with powdered sugar icing and decorate with green and red for Christmas breakfast.
