RED AND GREEN SALAD 
1 lb. fresh or canned green beans
1 tbsp. chopped onion
1 c. diced tomatoes
1 tsp. sugar
1/4 c. vinegar
2 tbsp. mayonnaise
Salt and pepper to taste

Toss green beans and tomatoes together. Stir all other ingredients together and mix into beans and tomatoes. Serve immediately or refrigerate for later.
