FROZEN TOFFEE CREAM PIE 
1 1/2 c. chocolate wafer crumbs
6 tbsp. butter, melted
1 c. whipping cream
2 chocolate covered toffee bars, crushed (Heath)
2/3 c. sweetened condensed milk
1/4 c. strong cold coffee
1/2 tsp. vanilla

In a small bowl combine chocolate wafer crumbs and melted butter; press mixture firmly into a 9" pie plate. Chill.

Meanwhile, in small mixer bowl combine cream, condensed milk, coffee and vanilla on low speed of electric mixer. Beat on high speed about 4 minutes or until thickened. Reserve 2 tablespoons of crushed toffee bars; stir remaining into cream mixture. Pour into crumb crust. Sprinkle with reserved toffee bar. Freeze firm, several hours or overnight.
