FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
2 c. broccoli
2 c. cauliflower
4 stalks celery
1 green pepper
1 c. carrots

DRESSING:

3/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. dried mustard
1 tsp. salt
1/2 c. vinegar
1 1/2 c. vegetable oil
1 tbsp. onion, grated finely
2 tbsp. poppy seeds

Cut vegetables into small pieces. Mix dressing and pour over vegetables about 3 hours before serving.
