FRESH VEGETABLE SALAD 
Cherry tomatoes
Broccoli
Celery
Carrots
Cauli flower
Green onions
1 env. HIDDEN VALLEY® Ranch dip mix
2 tbsp. milk (can use skim milk)
1 c. sour cream (can substitute lite mayonnaise)

Wash and drain vegetables. Chop all vegetables into bite size pieces (except tomatoes). Mix together. In separate bowl, mix 1 cup sour cream or lite salad dressing. Dip mix and milk until smooth. Pour over vegetables. Store in covered container in refrigerator overnight. Add tomatoes just before serving.
