SUMMER SAUSAGE 
2 lbs. hamburger
1/4 tsp. black pepper
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1 tbsp. liquid smoke
1 tbsp. mustard seed
2 tbsp. Morton's Tender Quick Salt
3/4 c. water

Mix all the ingredients together. Divide the mixture into half. Take that mixture and shape it like a salami (long and round). Place on sheets of tin foil. Refrigerate for 24 hours. Take out of refrigerator. Unwrap. Let it come to room temperature. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour on rack. Cool on racks. Then re-wrap.
