FROSTED SALAD 
1 lg. lemon Jello
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) 7-Up
#10 can crushed pineapple
1 c. miniature marshmallows
1 or 2 bananas
1 tsp. butter
1/4 c. sugar
1 egg, slightly beaten
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
1 tbsp. flour
1/2 c. pineapple juice
1/2 sm. cream cheese
1/2 sm. carton Cool Whip
1/4 c. coconut

Dissolve Jello in boiling water; add 7-Up and chill until syrupy. Add pineapple, marshmallows and bananas. Chill until firm. Combine sugar, flour, juice and egg. Cook over low heat until thick. Remove from heat and add butter. Stir in cream cheese; cool. Put on top of Jello mixture when cool. Chill until firm.
