TENDER & YUMMY PANCAKES | |
1 1/2 c. "complete" style pancake mix, any brand 1 c. mixture of bran, flax, "Natural Ovens energy drink mix" (or use your own combo of stuff) 1/2 to 1 tsp. baking soda 1/2 to 1 tsp. baking powder 1/4 to 1/3 c. lemon yogurt or other depending on fruit used in pancakes 2 eggs or egg white equiv. 1/2 c. plus skim milk 1/2 c. plus water 2 tsp. vanilla Mix dry first, then wet all together. Add blueberries while on the griddle (or other berries or fruit like raspberries, strawberries, banana or a combination). Cook as any other pancake. |
