FRIED CAULIFLOWER 
1 med. head cauliflower (broken into flowerettes)
2/3 c. fine bread crumbs
1 tsp. grated Parmesan cheese
1/4 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
2 eggs, beaten
1/4 c. milk
Vegetable oil

Place cauliflower in small amount of boiling water, return to a boil. Cover and reduce heat, simmer 10 minutes or until tender. Drain and cool.

Combine next 4 ingredients, mix well. Combine eggs and milk, mix well. Dip flowerettes in egg mixture, roll in crumb mixture. Fry in deep hot oil (375 degrees) until golden. Drain on paper towels. Serve hot.
