STRAWBERRY PUDDING 
3 c. fresh or frozen strawberries, sliced
1/2 c. sugar
3 oz. strawberry gelatin
2 sm. pkg. instant vanilla pudding
3 c. milk
1 c. sour cream
1 c. Cool Whip
Vanilla wafers

In sauce pan, add berries and gelatin. Dissolve over medium heat. Cool. In bowl, mix pudding with milk. Stir until thick. Fold in sour cream and Cool Whip. Mix in a large bowl a layer of vanilla wafers and a layer of pudding mixture, and a layer of cooled berries. Repeat layers. Garnish with extra Cool Whip and whole strawberries.
