STRAWBERRY YOGURT POOF 
1 (3 oz.) pkg. strawberry gelatin
1 c. boiling water
1 (8 oz.) pkg. strawberry yogurt
3/4 c. cold water

Dissolve gelatin in boiling water; add cold water. Chill until slightly thickened. Add yogurt; beat with hand mixer until light and fluffy. Chill until firm, about 2 hours. Makes 4 cups.
