SPINACH CASSEROLE 
4 pkgs. frozen chopped spinach
2 (6 oz.) containers marinated artichoke hearts
4 tbsp. chopped onion
1 tsp. salt
1/2 tsp. pepper
1 c. sour cream
2 (3 oz.) pkgs. cream cheese, softened
2/3 c. grated Parmesan cheese

Cook spinach according to directions; drain and turn into 8x13 baking dish or 2-quart casserole. Add onion, undrained artichoke hearts, salt and pepper; mix lightly.

Combine sour cream and cream cheese; blend thoroughly and spoon over spinach to cover. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 250 degrees for 20-25 minutes. Serves 10-12.
