ENGLISH TOFFEE 
1 lb. butter
2 c. sugar
10 to 12 Hershey bars
1/2 c. finely chopped nuts

Mix butter (must be butter) and sugar in a heavy iron skillet, stirring constantly over medium heat until medium-dark golden brown. Pour into a jelly roll pan and top with Hershey bars (unwrap candy before you start). Spread when melted and sprinkle with nuts.
