POTATO CHIP COOKIES 
1 c. butter, room temp.
1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. sifted flour
3/4 c. crushed potato chips

Cream butter and sugar. Add vanilla, flour and potato chips. Mix well. Drop on ungreased cookie sheet. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes. (Place pecan half on cookie before baking or sprinkle with powdered sugar after baking to decorate, if you wish.) Freezes well. Add sugar at last minute. Makes 2 dozen.
