CHEESE POTATOES 
2 lbs. frozen southern style hash browns, Ore Ida
1/4 c. chopped onions
1 can cream of chicken soup (undiluted)
1 pt. of sour cream
1 stick melted butter
8 oz. grated sharp cheese
Salt and pepper

Layer potatoes in 9 x 13 casserole. Mix all other ingredients and pour over potatoes. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour.
