PASTRY FOR RABBIT PIE | |
1 c. flour, sifted 1/2 tsp. salt 1/4 c. shortening 2 tbsp. cold water Mix flour and salt, cut in shortening and moisten with water. Roll out the pastry and cut slits to allow them to escape. Fit pastry to top of dish or pan, crimping edges of crust. Bake pie in 425 degree oven 15 to 20 minutes, or until crust browns and sauce bubbles. |
