CHEFS ROLLS 
2 cakes yeast
3/4 c. sugar
1 c. warm water
2 eggs
3/4 c. melted lard or Crisco
1 c. boiling water
1 tsp. salt
6 c. flour

Add sugar and hot water to lard; beat in eggs, add salt and yeast dissolved in lukewarm water. Beat in flour thoroughly. Put in ice box. When ready to use, form into rolls, let rise 2-3 hours and bake at 400 degrees for 15-20 minutes. Dough keeps in icebox several days.
