CHEESE LOG 
4 sm. cream cheese
1/4 lb. sharp cheese, shaved
1/2 can (sm.) pecans
2 gloves garlic, crushed (or garlic powder to taste)

Bring cheeses to room temperature for easier mixing. Grind pecans. Mix thoroughly the two cheeses and garlic. Shape into 1 large or 2 small logs (rolls). Roll in pecans and sprinkle with paprika for color.
