CHEESE BALL OR LOGS 
1/2 lb. cream cheese
1 (8 oz.) Wispride cheddar cheese
3 oz. blue cheese
1 lg. clove garlic
1 tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
2 tbsp. chopped fine parsley

All cheeses should be at room temperature. Put cheeses in a small bowl and beat with mixer. Chill it. Then shape into a ball or logs and roll into chopped parsley or chopped nuts.
