8 oz. Velveeta cheese
1 pack cheddar cheese
1 pkg. pecan chips
8 oz. Philadelphia cream cheese
1 tsp. garlic
Red dried peppers, enough to color

Let cheese be at room temperature, and combine with other ingredients and work together like biscuit dough. Roll into a log, and cover with pecans. Store in refrigerator.
