BRAISED PORK CHOPS 
3 to 6 pork chops, 1 inch thick
1/3 c. flour
1 tsp. salt
1 tsp. dry mustard
1/2 tsp. seasoned salt
1 tbsp. oil
1 can cream of chicken soup

Combine dry ingredients and coat pork chops. Brown chops in hot shortening or oil. Place chops in crock pot and add chicken soup. Cover and cook on low 6 to 8 hours.
