BRAISED PORK CHOPS 
4 - 6 pork chops
1 tsp. salt
1/4 tsp. pepper
8 oz. pineapple or apple juice

Cook pork chops over medium heat until brown. Drain. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Reduce heat; pour juice over chops. Cover and simmer for 20 to 25 minutes.
