CHICKEN A LA KING 
4 tbsp. butter
2 tbsp. chopped onion
1/2 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
1/4 c. flour
2 c. milk
1 tsp. salt
2 c. diced, cooked chicken
Diced pimentos (optional)
Sliced mushrooms (optional)

Cook 2 whole chicken breasts which have been skinned and halved for approximately 40 minutes in slow, boiling water. Melt butter in medium saucepan; saute onions until transparent. Blend in Worcestershire sauce, then flour (remove from heat to add flour). Slowly add milk while stirring. Cook over low heat, stirring until sauce thickens and boils one minute. Stir in salt, chicken, pimento, and mushrooms. Heat through. Serve with noodles. Serves 4.
