MICROWAVE FRUIT CRISP 
8 apples or peaches or equivalent of rhubarb cut and sliced into a microwave cake pan or casserole

1/2 c. sugar
2 tbsp. flour
1 tsp. cinnamon

Mix this into the fruit.

1 c. brown sugar
1/2 c. butter
1 c. oatmeal
1/2 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder

Microwave the dessert until apples or fruit is tender (perhaps 12-15 minutes, depending on the kind of fruit used). Serve warm with cream or cold with ice cream or whipped topping.

Since microwave ovens vary in power, you may need to adjust your cooking time.
