8 apples or peaches or equivalent of rhubarb cut and sliced into a microwave cake pan or casserole 1/2 c. sugar 2 tbsp. flour 1 tsp. cinnamon Mix this into the fruit. 1 c. brown sugar 1/2 c. butter 1 c. oatmeal 1/2 c. flour 1 tsp. baking powder Microwave the dessert until apples or fruit is tender (perhaps 12-15 minutes, depending on the kind of fruit used). Serve warm with cream or cold with ice cream or whipped topping. |
