BLUEBERRY SURPRISE CAKE 
3 c. flour
1 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. baking soda
1 c. sugar
1/2 lb. butter
2 eggs, beaten
1 c. sour cream
1 tsp. vanilla
1 (1 lb. 5 oz.) blueberry filling

TOPPING:

1/2 c. flour
6 tbsp. butter
1/2 c. sugar

Sift flour, measure and add baking powder, baking soda, sugar and stir in mixing bowl. Cut in butter until mixture resembles coarse meal. Add beaten eggs, sour cream and vanilla. Beat well to blend. Spread half the batter evenly in well-greased 9x13 inch pan.

Spoon fruit filling and spread it gently but evenly. Spread remaining batter on top. Spread as evenly as possible.

TOPPING: Combine flour, butter and sugar to make crumb topping. Sprinkle evenly over batter and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until done. Remove to cake rack and cool in pan.
