CHICKEN & RICE CASSEROLE 
1 stick butter
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 c. rice
3 c. hot water
1 chicken, cut into 6 or 8 pieces
Parsley

Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Melt butter in oblong casserole dish. Next add both soups, rice and hot water, stir well. Place chicken pieces on top. Sprinkle with parsley. Bake uncovered for 1 hour or until done.
